It's real hard. I think it's our m...I agree Andy. It's real hard. I think it's our modern way of proving validation for things that exist in the church. As people it's so hard to take the time and truly "relate" or form a relationship, so we take the quick fix of sub-par assessments.<BR/><BR/>We do the same thing in school- standardized bubble tests instead of conversations or essays (although they're adding more of those).<BR/><BR/>We also do the same thing in interviews- any body can be cool for an hour while you ask them a couple questions!<BR/><BR/>So I'm with you in the difficulty of this. Sometimes what I fear happening is the inverse, but identical thing happening that you described. What I mean is-<BR/><BR/>It's just as dangerous to think you're "successful" because your small, instead of measuring success by how big you are. I'm with you on the fruit- that God desires lots of people doing lots of good things!<BR/><BR/>Good post, as usual.
