as anyone else noticed that the lectionary text for April 15th has Peter saying, "We must obey God rather than any human authority" (Acts 5:29) and it just happens to be the day our taxes are due?How fun!

Good catch Andy. Although technically, our taxes aren't due this year until April 17.
Now, anyone want to rant about the ridiculous tax rules regarding pastors? It's almost enough to make one want to cuss.
In that case since the lectionary is created by man, you don't really need to do what it says anyway.
