Ya know, I served on CF&A for 4 years and never was told how these Goals/Vital Ministries came into being. All I remember is that was a royal mess and that the Conference didn't provide much added value to the process at all - just collecting money and sending it on, and not very efficiently. Glad to see the winding down of this Frankenstein's monster.
